Salt & Pepper

Olive Oil

Parmesan

Garlic

Chopped Walnuts

Combine the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor.

Process the ingredients until they are finely chopped. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

With the motor running, drizzle the olive oil through the feeder tube, processing the pesto until it is fully combined. Add more oil as needed.

You can stir the pesto into pasta with a splash of cooking water from the pot. Finish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
