Mangos

Lime

Garlic

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Cilantro

Red Pepper

Avocados

Red Onion

Honey

Fresno Chili

or maple syrup

Whisk together the lime juice, honey, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Make the dressing.

That includes the mangos, avocados, red bell peppers, red onions, Fresno chilies and cilantro.

Add the salad ingredients to the bowl with the dressing.

You can store the salad in the fridge up to 3 days, but be aware that the avocados will turn brown.

Stir everything together.
