Grilled Corn  Broccoli Salad

White Balsamic Vinegar

Salt Pepper

Pecorino

Olive Oil

Corn

Broccoli

Garlic

Scallions

Parsley

Mustard

Toss the corn and broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Grill the corn over medium high heat until the kernels are lightly charred. Give it 5-7 minutes, turning it as it grills.

Grill the broccoli about 2 minutes per side until it is a little charred at the edges.

When the grilled corn is cool enough to handle, slice the kernels off the cobs.

To make the vinaigrette, whisk the garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl.

Combine the grilled corn and broccoli, scallions, pecorino and parsley in a large bowl.

Drizzle the vinaigrette into the salad, tossing to combine.
