Gnocchi

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Stir together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

On a sheet pan, toss the gnocchi and tomatoes with the olive oil mixture. Spread them out in a single layer across the pan.

Roast until the gnocchi are lightly browned and the tomatoes are wrinkled and juicy, about 22-25 minutes. Stir the gnocchi and tomatoes together. Some of the roasted tomatoes will break apart.

Top the gnocchi and tomatoes with fresh basil leaves and Parmesan before serving.
