In a large bowl, combine the romaine, radicchio, chickpeas, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoncini, olives, gorgonzola and parsley.

Assemble the salad.

Stir together the salad.

Whisk together the garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, honey, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl.

Make the Italian vinaigrette.

Drizzle the vinaigrette into the salad. Toss to combine.
