Olive Oil

Greek Olives

Oregano Red Pepper Flakes Salt & Pepper

Sliced Garlic

Feta Cheese

Parsley

Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, stir the olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

In a medium bowl, combine the olives, tomatoes and garlic.  Stir them together.

Put the feta in the center of a baking dish. Spoon the tomatoes, olives and garlic around it. Pour the olive oil all over.

Bake for 15-18 minutes. Preheat the broiler and brown the feta under the broiler for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving with toasted bread, crackers or pita chips.
