Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Coconut Oil

Natural Peanut Butter

Vanilla Extract

Flaky Sea Salt

Dark Chocolate Chips

Honey

Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second blasts in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Then stir in the vanilla extract.

Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Pour 2 teaspoons of the melted chocolate into each cup. Use a spoon to spread it across the bottom and a little up the sides.  Freeze for 10 minutes until set.

Combine the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave for 10-20 seconds until the coconut oil melts. Then stir to combine everything.

Pour about 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture into each cup. Spread it with a spoon. Freeze for 10 minutes until set.

Pour 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each cup. Use a spoon to spread it and then sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Do this one cup at a time. Freeze for 10 minutes until set.
