Sun Dried Tomatoes

Kalamata Olives

Red Onions

Parsley

Honey

Mustard

Garlic

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Toss the cauliflower with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread it out across the pan.

For the vinaigrette, whisk the garlic, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl.

To assemble the salad, combine the kale, roasted cauliflower, red onions, sun dried tomatoes, olives, feta, walnuts and parsley in a large bowl.

Drizzle the vinaigrette into the salad. Toss to combine the ingredients.
