Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F with 2 sheet pans on the center racks. Trim the ends and thinly slice the brussels sprouts lengthwise.

In a large bowl, stir the brussels sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Spread the brussels sprouts in a single layer across the both preheated sheets pans.

Roast the sprouts until they are lightly browned and crispy at the edges, about 15-20 minutes. Flip them over halfway through roasting.
